Terms and Conditions:
Standard terms are net 30 days, FOB Golden, Colorado. We also accept valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Returned Goods:
Our satisfaction guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the performance of a Vitro Biopharma product, we will exchange or refund it. Please contact our Customer Service department to answer questions regarding products. If necessary, goods are to be returned only with a Returned Goods Authorization Number. We will then provide instructions for the return of merchandise.
Delivery and Timing:
Orders received before 3 PM are generally shipped the same day. Our products require specialized shipping and any applicable shipping/handling or insurance charges are prepaid by Vitro and added to the invoice. We will choose the most appropriate shipping option for your order depending on the nature of the products ordered and their shipping temperature requirements. Any backorders will be filled as quickly as possible.
Product Use Limitations:
All products are for in-vitro use only in research or manufacturing applications. These products are not suitable for animal or human therapeutic use. These products are also not suitable for drug, household or other uses.
